For some reason my brain has just made an exception for Billy Talent (it's probably because of Ian D'Sa). "Big Red Gun" is okay. It's not a great opener and the lyrics are really meh. The instrumental is fine, it's nothing crazy but it works. "Afraid of Heights" is also really mid (I promise it gets better). Very similar complaints to "Big Red.
